back from heartware's flag day. ahah, glad i came today, even though i badly had the urge to pon today's training. reached bishan super early anyway, the time the GICS and DICS had to report, cause i went with hamizah. i got to make lots of new friends today! lol. and the whole chingay is like MJ and NJ dominated. my group has 4 meridians and 5 NJCians. crazy (:

but flag day was flag day-y as usual. tiring. but yeah, lots of good stuff happened. somebody found a $10 note on the floor and donated it. and aww. there was this guy who donated and rejected the sticker. he went on saying: well, if i see any other people, i could always donate again (: haha. awwww. i lovee nice generous people! but then, bad stuff happened too.

a man who was selling donations came up to us. he told us he would help us (as in help donate) if we donated. we asked what it was about. the man went on telling us that he's helping retrenched workers. blah blah. showed us his permit. being me, without thinking twice i agreed. amanda was telling me that i dont have to if i didn't want to. but yeah, i still agreed. so i gave him $2. and he asked amanda if she wanted to donate. she didnt want to. and that man gave her the -what sia, what kind of attitude is this- look. and he left after that.

amanda claims that he's a fraud. and that the guy's stamp on the permit looks like those you can get from popular. and then, we realised that he didnt give us the ticket, as in you know those $2 tickets that you get from the donations. bastard old man - that was all i was thinking. and so much for helping us. he donated $0.50 in return. if he really has the heart to help those retrenched workers, where's his heart to help these youths huhh?

i feel kind of bad blogging about this. like, what if he was really doing a good deed. MAYBE IT'S JUST ME. MAYBE IM JUST THINKING BAD OF OTHER PEOPLE =/ shit. but here im really trying to make a point. come onn, dont be too gullible and believe people to easily. gahhh. -smacks my head-

but hey, on a happier note! US 27 did bond well today. VVIP! VVIP! haha. yeah, we all want nice views on chingay itself (: had lunched with my group + hamizah after that. chatted like there was no tomorrow. shared stories about JC life and poly life. pretty interesting!

and oh yeah. i cant wait for chingay! (:
and somebody was there at bishan today too. i like.
